Armageddon Expo is a science fiction and comics convention held in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The event is a mixture of gaming, anime, sci-fi, fantasy, comics, music and stalls.

With celebrity guests from Stargate, Supernatural, Doctor Who, Highlander, SGU, Lone Gunmen, Sanctuary and the Last Starfighter, long queues formed for hours especially in the busy early afternoons. Animation guests from Ben 10, Naruto and Comic guests from Marvel and DC comics were in attendance to sign autographs.

One of the most popular attractions was the Warner Bros. stand featuring Kevin Conroy the voice of Batman in numerous animated television series, feature films, and video games.
The appearance of the Cyber Angel over the two days proved to be extremely popular with many cosplayers and the general public requesting a photo. She was also a huge hit with the Cosplay Parade, the lights were lowered to show the full effect of the blue LED lights.
