Born February 25, 1966.
Watanabe san was the editor-in-chief of the renowned Japanese S&M magazine,'S&M Sniper' which was forced to cease its publication in 2008. He has been producing photography work ever since purchasing a Hasselsblad in the year 2000 and started photographing women set in imaginary stories based on abnormal eroticism and fetishism.

In various works, the photographer portrays his images in an abstract form, demonstrating his interest in abnormal and erotic expression. Initially the images may appear to be fashion pictorials, however on closer inspection they reveal a subtle erotic theme.
